Dials

The City of Bay City required Universal Time to engineer new clock dials that would provide a high degree of resistance to damage from storms.  UTC developed a completely new system that provides for superior protection from severe weather and high winds, while offering maximum daytime brilliance and  beautiful illumination at night.
